Printie is a trading name of BRU Print and Packaging Limited ("Printie", "we", "our", or "us").

This Shipping Policy explains how we manufacture, process and deliver orders placed through Printie.co.

Because our products are custom printed and manufactured to customer specifications, delivery times may vary depending on product type, quantity, materials, finishing options and destination.


1. Order Processing

Production begins only after:

  • payment has been received;
  • artwork files have been received;
  • artwork approval has been completed;
  • all order specifications have been confirmed.

Orders cannot enter production until all required information has been provided.


2. Production Times

Production times are estimates only and begin from the date that artwork approval is confirmed.

Standard Production

7–15 working days

Express Production

Available for selected products upon request.

Express production may incur additional charges.

Production times may vary depending on:

  • product type;
  • order quantity;
  • material availability;
  • printing method;
  • finishing requirements;
  • seasonal demand.

3. Delivery Locations

Printie currently delivers to:

  • United Kingdom
  • Europe
  • Selected international destinations

Availability and delivery options may vary depending on location.

Please contact us before ordering if you require delivery outside our standard regions.


4. Delivery Times

Delivery times begin after production has been completed.

Estimated delivery times:

United Kingdom

Typically:

1–3 working days after dispatch.


Europe

Typically:

3–7 working days after dispatch.


International Deliveries

Delivery times vary depending on destination, customs procedures and courier services.


5. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on:

  • order size;
  • weight;
  • destination;
  • packaging requirements;
  • courier service selected.

Shipping costs will be confirmed during quotation or checkout.


6. Tracking Information

Where available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch.

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery information is accurate.

Printie is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details supplied by the Customer.


7. Courier Delays

While we work with reliable delivery partners, delays may occasionally occur.

Printie is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • courier disruptions;
  • transport issues;
  • weather conditions;
  • customs delays;
  • strikes;
  • unexpected operational issues.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers where delays occur.


8. Customs, Duties and Import Charges

For deliveries outside the United Kingdom:

Customers may be responsible for:

  • import duties;
  • customs charges;
  • local taxes;
  • clearance fees.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are outside Printie's control unless otherwise agreed.


9. Damaged Deliveries

Customers should inspect deliveries immediately upon arrival.

If products arrive damaged:

  • notify Printie within 48 hours;
  • provide photographs of the packaging and products;
  • provide order details.

We will investigate and determine the appropriate resolution.


10. Missing Items or Incorrect Quantities

If you believe there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

Please include:

  • order number;
  • photographs where relevant;
  • description of the issue.

We will investigate and respond as quickly as possible.


11. Split Deliveries

For larger orders, Printie may deliver products in multiple shipments.

Where split deliveries are required:

  • delivery dates may differ;
  • shipping charges may be adjusted where applicable;
  • customers will be informed where possible.

12. Delivery Address Changes

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

Requests to change delivery addresses after dispatch may not be possible and may result in additional charges.


13. Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • incorrect address;
  • recipient unavailable;
  • refusal of delivery;
  • failure to respond to courier notifications;

additional delivery charges may apply.


14. Force Majeure

Printie shall not be responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:

  • natural disasters;
  • extreme weather;
  • supplier failures;
  • transport disruption;
  • government restrictions;
  • industrial action;
  • other unforeseen events.

15. Responsibility After Delivery

Risk and responsibility for the products transfer to the Customer once delivery has been completed.

Customers should ensure products are stored appropriately after receipt.
